RETURN POLICY
The Herbalife return policy guarantees the quality of every product carrying the Herbalife name and certifies that our products meet high standards of freshness and purity. We are confident that you will be satisfied. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with a product purchased from us, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
REFUND POLICY
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- Refunds are available only within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- To request a return, email help@herbandnutrition.co.uk. We will provide the required Retail Order Form and Customer Request for Refund Form, which must be completed and included with your return.
- You must initiate the return within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
- Use the products consistently and contact us with any questions regarding product use or results. Many issues are resolved with proper usage and guidance.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please retain proof of delivery for any package you ship.
